The private cenote was an absolute gem! The area was beautiful and the free kayaks were a great perk. On the downside, the AC only runs during certain hours, which made for a sweaty night. 😅

The private cenote was a highlight! Kayaking in it was serene and such a fun adventure. The room offered a beautiful, private terrace with a fantastic view of the garden. I felt very restful there. Unfortunately, the air conditioning only functioned during certain hours, so it was warm at night despite having a fan. Breakfast options were quite limited, serving only a small portion of fruit, a piece of cold toast, and some yogurt, which felt inadequate. Staff responsiveness could have been better. when I needed information about beach access, reaching someone took longer than expected. These issues didn't overshadow my enjoyment of the cenote, but they could certainly improve the experience.

10/10
This place was wicked nice! The private cenote was a blast—kayaking with the sun shining down felt pure paradise. Staff were super friendly, especially Daniel, who went above and beyond waiting for us at 2 am. Clean room, comfy vibe, and a breakfast that hit the spot. Just loved it!

i almost thought about leaving a great review until i encountered the humidity all night with the a/c shutting off. the breakfast was basically a diet plan—seriously? and where were the staff when i needed assistance? maybe a free room upgrade would’ve made it bearable. don’t count on that here, though.

The private cenote was an absolute gem—perfect for cool swims and kayaking adventures. Plus, the large, beautiful room had a huge bathroom that made my stay even more enjoyable.
The AC only worked until 7 AM, and it got a little steamy at night. The bikes were not the safest, sporting rusty chains, which made exploring the busy roads sketchy.

private cenote, comfortable decking area, free kayaks
The whole area is shadowed until late morning!!! Reception is inconsistently open, making it hard to get assistance!!! Expect a long trek to the nearest restaurants shrouded in darkness at night!!! Accessing the beach is a joke with hotels blocking entry!!!

We had a fantastic time biking along the beach with the rental bikes. Each morning, waking up in our cabana with the sounds of nature was pure bliss. The staff were eager to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable for the entire family.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options could use a bit more variety for kids.
